Our donors are at the very heart of the Open University community, and we want to ensure you are treated with the same care that you have shown to others. - Complaints Procedure We aim to meet the highest standards in fundraising. If something goes wrong, this is how you can let us know
- Complaints Policy An outline of what you can expect from us if you make a complaint, with clear timescales on how your named contact will address your concern
- Philanthropic Gifts Policy How we screen gifts to ensuring the OU operates ethically in its receipt of philanthropic gifts and that the processes for accepting and refusing gifts are transparent
